Hi guys welcome to summer, most of the guys like summer stuff such as swimming pool parties, different kinds of cold drinks, summer clothes, summer trips, and much more. Among these such of enjoyments, everyone can get afraid of getting a suntan. If you feel the way I do, It might be Sun Tan can spoil your summer fun. If you are feeling this as I do then you are on the right palace cause in this blog further I going to share some easy ways to avoid getting Sun Tan so that you can easily enjoy your summer without worrying about your skin. Believe me, no one likes half arms dark and half with fair skin color, It looks so disgusting. It really looks so badly in photos when you are T-shirt less. There are many ways to avoid getting Sun Tan but my favorite is no going into the if you don't have to. This is the best of avoiding getting Sun Tan. If you can wait till Sun-Sat do wait and don't Spoil your skin but In case if it's urgent and can't wait then there are a few tips to save your glowing skin from harmful sun rays.
1. Use Sunscreen
If you really looking for the easiest way to save your skin from sun rays or avoid getting Sun Tan then the first tip of my blog is for you. Wearing sunscreen is one of my best and easiest way to protect skin health age. Using sunscreen can help you to prevent sunburn, skin cancer, and skin premature aging.
If you love to stay outdoors then it should be in your regular skincare routine. Use sunscreen at least with SPF 30 but for the best, if you stay outdoors pick sunscreen with SPF 60 or higher. Basically, sunscreen should be reapplied every two hours after sweating and swimming. Using sunscreen depends on your full-day routine.
2. cover your body
This is the second easiest way of avoiding getting Sun Tan. Covering your body with cloth also can prevent you from getting sunburn. Try to avoid wear half sleeves under the sun, cause it will make your skin dark. Try to wear a face mask that doesn't burn with the sunrays or is comfortable to wear for a long time under the sun.
If you really hate the half skin dark and half fair, go with this tip.
3. stay hydrate
just let me tell you that whenever you feel sick your body start to give symptoms about it. you just need to understand your body. If you do cure according what you feel never get sick. A hydrate body can prevent all kind to sickness even Suntan too. Drink 3-4 liters of water every day in summer and keep your body hydrated so skin don't get dry and you can enjoy the sun. It is very hard to stay hydrated in summers. In summer, you can easily hydrate by eating your water everyday such as watermelon and cucumber are best sources of water and can help you to reduce risk of getting suntan.
4. wash your face
Wash your face twice a day, if you want to use you can use face cleanser. Keep always in mind artificial products might help to you get a glowing skin but overdo of everything can cause many skin problem so use it once is recommendable according to me. clean you face with normal water can also give you better result.
5. moisturize your skin
Moisturizer is another best way to prevent suntan in summer. If you spend time outside than it must be in your daily regular skin care routine. A good moisturizer can help you with the dry skin.
6. Try to avoid perfumes when you are under the as It can make you skin more prone and sensitive towards sun heat
7. Use some neutral cleansers to remove suntan. Rose water, Lemon and milk can help you to remove suntan. Turmeric is also useful if you are mixing it with your natural face pack.
