The hardest thing in the world is to Stay Calm. If you have learned this you can do whatever you want. It is the very first step towards your goal. You will have to get control of your mind and once you got it you won't be an imbalance in the wrong situation like this. Just stay calm and don't feed negativity into your mind. Detoxification is a process for everything, remove all of you negativity that comes from your past. It was just a bad year, you were not the only one who lost hope. I lost my favorite job in starting of 2020 due to Covid But having hope I will get it again and working on things that will make everything right. Just sit and think what are those things, are holing you. Detox your mind and get rid of them. I am telling you 6 ways, That's how you can detox your mind and can focus on your goals. 

1 START UNFOLLOWING - 

Are you asking for suggestions from someone about their success? Are you following someone's path?
Are you working on things, someone has told you?  If you are one of those who ask for success from others that it simply means you are following someone's path. Let me tell you a bitter truth, you won't stay on the path of your goals. Start unfollowing those people who are giving you waste suggestions, if you have decided on your goal then look for guidance, not for suggestions. You don't need to advise, you need help to fulfill your dreams. Following other people's paths can't fulfill your dreams. Do what your heart says, People will comment first and then will be quiet.

2 BE SELECTIVE -

Having a big circle good. Chilling with 100 friends is good. But what will happen when you find that all 100 were useless in your bad time. This is a selfish world people will share your happiness but won't come ahead in the bad parts of your life. Everyone knows this but still, they make the same mistakes. Have 100 friends but be selective, don't let them control your personal life. Don't be so social. Have your own secrets that your best friends know. Make one friend whom you can believe blindly and you will be sure that, He will be your backbone in your bad times. He will support you. 

3 MEDITATION - 

A day has 24 hours. Are you spending 30 minutes on yourself?  Are you practicing, How to stay calm in a bad time? Think about it. you will have to give the answer. MEDITATION, In Ayurveda, is the best practice to keep your mind healthy and stay away from all kinds of negativity and worries. This is the best way to detox your mind. Spend 30 minutes on yourself and see its magic.    

4 ASK YOURSELF - 

This is another the best way itself ASK YOURSELF. What will you ask for yourself? Here are two things you can ask.
1. What are those things, holding you back?
2. What aspects of your life you can improve on to achieve your goals.
Try this to ask yourself and you will get a list of obstacles and work on this calmly

5 START WRITING - 

There are a lot of people who can't talk about their worries. It doesn't mean they can't stay calm. If you are one of those who scared about sharing your failures. Start writing. We have heard it so many times there no friend like books. They don't make fun of you. Stay with you in every situation either it is bad or good. They don't share your secret. Start writing you too. Writhe down all your worries and negativity that stop you and detox your mind.

6 REMEMBER YOUR GOALS - 

When you feel demotivated or you required some motivation, just remember your goals, you have set for your future. Always remember you are just complete your small task you achieve something big. stay away from negativity and ignore what people say about you. Keep your mind on your goals and it will detox itself. 

7 TIME CHANGES - 

If you will have to deal with something that is time. It never remains the same always. If it is bad today, it will be good tomorrow. If it is good, prepare for the bad. Time has the power to change everything.
Just wait for your time. Don't complain about your challenges. It is hard today but it will be easy tomorrow. 

Keep always in mind these 7 seven things and I sure you will be able to detox your mind. Keep the focus on your goals.
