Small Steps That Lead to a Healthier you - Be Healthy With Small Things

Covid 19 has almost gone and now everybody has been aware of their health. We can easily notice around us that every individual is having precautions to save their life from this dangerous disease. In some ways, it is proving a boon rather than a curse because after covid 19 people are taking health as a priority. There are many small steps if we follow we can easily be healthy without special practice.

Here are some small steps by not skipping those small steps you may be healthier among people. so let's know about those small steps,  We will start with the main part of our body, 

Yes, HEART is what I am talking about there are so many small things we don't care about but then can lead to a healthier heart.

After reading these small steps never skip those and start to mind all things

SMALL STEP NO 1.- Start your day with a most important meal "Breakfast", add some whole grain in your everyday meals such as oatmeal, whole barley, Corn.

2. Breath Deeply-  Oxygen is one of those important things that make your heart healthy, Take deep breaths it won't only make you relax but also help to lower your blood pressure.

3. Scrubbing Your Hand With soap often can make your heart and body, This is one of those small steps we follow During Covid19 too. A normal Flu also can be very hard on your heart.

4. Stop drinking your waste and dangerous calories. Yes, I am talking about soft drinks and soda whit a lot of sugar. You Already know it is making your heart weak, Yes this is the small step I was talking about at starting of this blog we know that it is going to harm our body but we still enjoy these things.

5.Improve your snacks, It means when you choose your snacks to choose it wisely, Have a handful of nuts rather than chips and biscuits. If you choose salad over pasta, you are making good choices.

6. Never skip a 10 minutes walk with your loved one or your favorite person, it really works and gives you happiness. 

7. Drinking  h20  although everybody is aware of drinking water can you to prevent disease. Keep your body hydrated every time. 

8. Sleep, Most people nowadays sleep very late in the night and wake up early. They don't have enough energy at work

9. A Balanced diet is next that small step, you may be skipped. Include all essential like protein, fiber, vitamins,s, and minerals. A balanced diet cover all the essential thing you need every day. Eat your actual hunger overeating can be interesting some 

10. We all know Technology has gone far away and beyond level. Using technology also making us very lazy and work shy. It also Impct on our body too. Sometimes using stairs rather than elevators can be that small step to make your legs and bones healthier.

11. Sitting job, It is also having a very bad impact on your body if you don't care about your sitting posture, You must stand after every hour while you are doing a sitting job. Always mind your sitting posture too if you don't want to get back pain.

12. Include some kind of physical workout, here I, not talking about Gym. You can add games to your daily routine. 

13.Talk to your favorite person once in 15 days or a month. When you interact with your favorite person you feel happy and forget about your work stress. It is simple, more happier you are, more healthier you will be.

14. Do what you like every day, At least give an hour to yourself too, it may be anything if you like to play games play it, as I do write blogs everyday. it gives me happiness, motivates me towards my goals. you must do the same thing, give yourself time. Identify what you like to do, what is interesting for you.

It really isn't that hard to be happier. Healthy really never mean having bing biceps, six abs. you can be healthy easily if you do start to notice small things that can make you happy. If you really think I missed any small step that can make us happy or healthier write it down in a comment.
