WEIGHT GAIN has been the biggest problem in modern youth. Nowadays boys are facing many issues during weight gain. Somehow they start the gym but most of them are unable to weight gain. Not gaining weight is also a big reason behind they are quitting gyms. What are the reasons behind they get failure in gaining weight? How to gain weight? What to eat to gain weight? These are some common questions you can easily find near you. Most of the guys assume that only going to the gym will help to gain weight. And other guys think that online eating food will help to gain weight.

They just start to collect knowledge in the beginning. 10 out of 100 get the right knowledge but 90 get the wrong one such as steroids, pills, and injections. This may happen to everyone. If you really want to gain weight you need to maintain your exercise and your food ratio in a proper manner.  Remember if you are missing one thing it may lead you not gaining weight. There is a science behind gaining weight, first, understand it and then go for this. Never expect that you are going to gain weight in a short time. If you are really looking for a result just give it a minimum of at least  6 months. There are some of the famous theories in the market that never listen to them such as EAT BIG AND GET BIG.

MYTH RELATED TO GAINING WEIGHT

Eat big and get big, is the common phrase you can hear by everyone. Here you need to understand that quantity does matter but not more than the quality. Never eats whole food at one time it won’t give any benefit to you cause it ain’t gonna digest well. 

BY JOINING GYM YOU WILL GAIN WEIGHT

This is the second thing I have been through 3-4 years ago. I was so skinny like a stick. Most of the people used to suggest to me that go to the gym and you will be gain your weight or you will be fit. But believe me, you are just getting tired if you have joined the gym to gain weight. 

SKIPPING MEALS

This is another thing people will tell you that if you have skipped a meal of you ain’t gonna gain weight. If you skip meals my mistake, it can happen. But when your skipping getting a large number than you it will definitely affect your body and on your goals.

ADDING SNACKS BETWEEN MEALS

Remember one thing if you like eating it will help you but if you are forcing yourself to eat something not going to help you. You can eat  3-4 days unwillingly, after it you will get irritated with food and start to dislike your favorite also

EATING PROTEIN WILL GAIN YOUR WEIGHT

This is the high level of advice you will ever get when you will be looking for suggestions to gain weight. Don’t prefer protein to gain weight, go for the carbs first. 

FACT RELATED TO GAIN WEIGHT

DIVIDE YOUR MEALS (6-7 meals in a day)

If you really want to gain weight just focus your diest more than exercise. Don’t eat fewer meals and more food. I would suggest you divide your meals. Start your meals with breakfast and end it with before sleep meal. You must add snacks if you want to see a better result. Just add 2  snacks in your diet. Don’t just go to fat go for skin-friendly foods. 

NEVER SKIP LEG DAY 

This is the pro tip to gain weight but the food is important before you go for exercise. When I joined the gym I didn’t make any gain for 4-6 months because I used to hate leg workout. I used to search on youtube and google how to gain weight. Then I watched Guruman sir video on youtube. He explained all things in his video about gaining weight and about legs day. I tried that thing and I started to gain weight when I start my legs day. I started to do legs exercise 2 times a week.

TRY TO SKIP TO GO GYM IN EMPTY STOMACH

This is one of those mistakes I have made in my life. When I wasn’t gaining while I was doing work out in the beginning. My trainer came to me and asked. Did you eat something before coming here, I honestly told him the truth. Once he scolds me but then explains everything about gaining weight. He just gave me the advice to eat 3-4 banana before the workout. It was kind of my pre-workout meal. I keep his words and I saw the effects.

CONSUME MORE LIQUID MEALS 

Always try to get more smoothies or liquid meals whether as a pre-workout meal or post-workout meal. Our bodies can absorb liquid meals easily and faster.

COUNT YOUR CALORIES

This is the simple way to gain weight, just start to count your calories. Just eat excess 500 calories apart from your regular need. You will see the results. for example, if you need 2000 calories per day than eat 2500 more calories per day. If you are confused that how would you know about your per day calories you can easily check on google. 

SLEEPING IS MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR

This is proven and I am also writing it on my personal experience that if you are not quality and enough sleep (7-8 hours) you are not gaining weight or it will be hard to gain weight to you. 

PURE VEGETARIAN CAN  ALSO GAIN WEIGHT

I am one of those guys who is not allowed to eat red meats. Even with the vegetarian diet, you can get quality of weight and muscle. If you are thinking that if you won’t eat non-veg you won’t gain weight than you are wrong. If your families don’t allow you to eat meat does go for this bullshit and get it out from your mind that without meat you won’t gain weight. 


I would personally prefer to take multivitamins you on time because vitamins and minerals are those requirements that we can’t full fill from our diet.
