Haircare is dominant as skincare. Not paying attention to hair or Less attention can cause hair damages, hair fall, and hair loss. Launching yourself into a hair care routine is much similar to a skincare routine. Establishing a good hair care routine that works on you can be very hard to find while you have a lot of options and more tips for the same hair. What will you follow? What will be productive for your hair? How and When to do it? How long is it going to take? 


It is very easy to say that it may take more than two months to find the right hair care routine that will work on your hairs. But in some conditions, we do harm our hair itself. Avoiding these simple things and adding some habits in a hair care routine can make you free from almost all hair problems.

OIL YOUR HAIRS


This is the best suggestion you will ever get from your mother and the old ones in your family. Your dresser may suggest you Morrocan oil or hair spa. While choosing your kind of treatment, I’d like to suggest you go for your mother’s advice. Oiling hairs in a proper way can get rid of dandruff. Oil your hairs in the night and shampoo your hairs the next morning. 

Oil can work as a hair mask for hairs as well. Apply a little amount of oil before you blow drier hairs to avoid extra heat.


This is the first suggestion that comes to mind when someone asks me about hair care.


LESS SHAMPOO


Here this can shock you but shampooing your hair more frequently can make your hairs drier and rough. Shampoo can harsh on your hairs and wash away all the natural oils you need every day. It may lead you to problems like dry scalp and hair fall. 

Do shampoo your hair twice or thrice a week. Wash your hair regularly but leave your shampoo on vacation. You can use a daily conditioner to clean your hair or just wash hairs with normal water. 


DON’T RUB WET HAIR


After you get out of the shower never argue with hairs. Don’t rub your wet hair aggressively with the towel. This is the common and silly mistake we make every day. Let your hair dry naturally. Rubbing wet hairs can be the biggest reason for hair fall. Try to avoid comb too in wet hair, though using a wide-toothed comb can be helped to reduce your hair fall. 


LESS HEAT


Obviously, you can get your ideal hairstyle by blowing air drier. But using drier every day can cause dry scalp, hair loss, and sometimes dandruff. Excess heat weakens the fiber of hair, oils are the best protractor from heat.


NEVER  SLEEP WITH WET HAIR


While we sleep we make a lot of movements, and unintentionally we rub our hairs with the pillow. To avoid this mistake I would suggest you use silk cover for the pillow. It helps your hair to move and avoid harsh. 


AVOID COLOR AND HAIR CHEMICAL


Bleaching and coloring hair may be cool, but the chemical presents in that item like Ammonia can really damage your hair and make your scalp very dry. If you are coloring your hairs always remember that it’s chemical should not touch your scalp.


LET RELAX YOUR HAIR 


Here relaxing will sound that you need to use an expensive product on your hair or going to the men’s parlor. Sometimes there is no better thing than doing nothing to your hair. Don’t use any product, just wash your hair and leave it to dry naturally. Doing nothing is the best way to relax your hairs naturally, this time your scalp produces natural oils that’s all hair needs.



AVOID STAYING LONG UNDER THE SUN


Being under the sun not only damages your skin only, but it also has the same impact on your hair. When you stay under the sun for a long time, it gets heat that is very harmful to hairs. If you already know that you are going to under the sun for a while, keep a hat with you to save your scalp from the harmful sun rays. It will give you an awesome look while saving your scalp.


GO TO BARBERSHOP IN WEEKS


This is one of the most important secrets to get healthy hair. Probably you trim your hair in 3 months or so. Not taking trim for a long time also can cause split and damaged hairs. Trimming hair at the right time and in a proper way can help you to get rid of splits.


INCREASE INTAKE OF PROTEIN


You must know that protein is not only important in muscle building. It plays an important role in hair growth also. Increase the intake of protein in your everyday diet. Eat protein enriched foods like eggs, peanuts, almonds, and lentils. 


STAY HYDRATE 


As 80% of our body is made of water. There is no natural way to get healthy and nourish the scalp to expect to stay hydrated. Drinking 3-4 liters of water will not only help you to get a healthy scalp, but it will also help to improve your skin tones also. 


CHANGE YOUR DAILY LIFESTYLE


This is where we all made a mistake. We must remember our appearance depends on what we consume every day. Smoking and alcohol may look cool but this is very harmful to the body.  Try to avoid smoking and alcohol more frequently.  


Following every single tip will lead you to get healthy hair. Focus on the healthiness of hair and other body parts. Hair makes your appearance more attractive than any outfit. Once you get a healthy hair care routine for hair, stick on that. Sometimes changing products also can be a big reason for damage to hair.
