Here are some tips for summertime skincare that may help you to get healthy and clear skin

1 COVER IT UP


The most important thing you need to is covering up your skin. You need to save your skin from harmful sun rays. In the summertime, if you will save your skin from sun rays it will work 25% of your skincare routine. Increasing temperature also makes skin oilier and uncomfortable.  Never skip covering your skin well while you are going out. 

2 EXFOLIATING YOUR SKIN ALMOST 3 DAYS IN A WEEK

Here is the next step to get clear and healthy skin.

Whenever your skin gets oily, exfoliate it. You can use the product. You can use face scrub also to exfoliate, getting rid of dead skin cells also plays an important role. Using aftershave can prevent dryness and can less chance of itching and pigments. You also need aftershave to reduce sensitivity to the sun and nourish your skin when it needs it.

8 NEVER FORGET TO WEAR A SUNSCREEN

Sunscreen can use your skin from the sun if you using it in the right way. Keep always a sunscreen in your beg. 
If you stay under the sun for more than 7 minutes it starts to sunburn. Wear, sunscreen daily, 30 minutes before you go under the sun. Wear sunscreen every 2 hours. Try a sunscreen with 50 SPF. Apply it on all over body never forget your mech and legs. 


9 EAT HEALTHY


Wang to get clean skin? Your diet plays an important part of your skin routine. If you are eating skin friends food that is rich in vitamin C, it can make more easier to get clear skin
